Josh has been with Cato for almost eight years. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and cybersecurity.  He specializes in developing and deploying secure network solutions. Josh is passionate about protecting digital assets, optimizing the end user experience, and bringing innovative security strategies to his customers.

George Davidson is the newest member of the Southern California team at Cato Networks, having joined in August 2025. His territory spans the Inland Empire as well as parts of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. A Southern California native, George grew up in Glendale and attended school in San Diego. With over 20 years of experience in technology sales and marketing, the last 10 of which have been focused on cybersecurity, he brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record of success. Most recently, George spent three years at Abnormal AI, where he earned President’s Club honors in 2024 and brought in more than 50 new customers. He currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife and daughter, and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.

Jeremy Dunegan is a Regional Partner Manager at Dialpad, where he drives AI, CX, and UCaaS innovation through strategic partnerships across North Texas. With  over a decade of experience in global channel management and an Executive MBA  in Leadership& International Business from UT Arlington. He's skilled in building strong, profitable partnerships. Fluent in Japanese and French,Jeremy is  recognized as a leader and mentor at companies like Microsoft, Mimecast, and NEC, dedicated to fostering a culture of success and empowering organizations with  Dialpad's AI solutions.

Lou Morini, a Sales Engineer with over a decade of experience, is passionate about helping customers and sales teams conquer business challenges with innovative solutions. He kicked off his career at Nextel as a Major Account Executive in 2004, then made the leap to Sales Engineering in 2007, relocating to the sunny coast of North Carolina after the Sprint/Nextel Merger.After moving to Tampa, FL in 2018, Lou leveled up as a Collaboration Specialist, a role he continued in after the Sprint/T-Mobile Merger. In this role, he traveled the country, showcasing  the value of cloud-based collaboration solutions like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Dialpad.

David Sroka brings over two decades of leadership experience in the technology and partner alliances space. Currently serving as the Vice President of Partner Alliances at Expedient since September 2021, David leads strategic initiatives to enhance partner relationships and drive revenue growth from his base in Boulder, Colorado.

Before joining Expedient, David served as the SVP of Agent Development at UPSTACK, where he spearheaded programs to empower agents and improve channel engagement. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Channel Sales at Flexential, leveraging his expertise to advance the company’s market presence in Denver, Colorado.

When he’s not leading initiatives or forging alliances, David enjoys immersing himself in the vibrant culture and outdoor lifestyle of Boulder, Colorado.

Chris Rafford serves as Regional Director for SilverSky’s Western region, bringing over eight years of experience helping customers and partners better understand and position cybersecurity services. His focus is on identifying gaps within customer environments and aligning investments to meet compliance with applicable security frameworks.
